Architect Equity Acquires a Majority Share in Solution Net Systems

LOS ANGELES, August 5, 2020 - Architect Equity (“Architect”) announced today that it has acquired a majority share in Solution Net Systems, Inc. (“SNS”), a leading global supplier of automated logistic systems and a trusted name in automated supply solutions. SNS is based in Quakertown, Pennsylvania and has over 40 years of experience providing integrated distribution solutions to companies in multiple sectors including postal, retail, food and pharmaceutical markets.
