LOS ANGELES, December 20, 2018 – Architect Equity (“Architect”) announced today it has agreed to acquire the Fumigation business of Terminix. The Fumigation business will be re-branded as American Fumigation Services, dba The PEST Group. The company is based in Orlando, Florida and provides fumigation services for both residential and commercial customers nationwide.
Dionisio Lucchesi, Managing Director of Architect Equity, said, “We are pleased to complete the acquisition of the fumigation business of Terminix. The business has a strong national footprint serving both residential and commercial customers and we intend to build upon this foundation.”
Paul Drewry has joined the senior management team and will lead The PEST Group as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Drewry has over 25 years of experience in the pest control space, most notably as a vice president of the southeastern region of Terminix. Dionisio added, “We are confident that the addition of Paul Drewry to the management team at The PEST Group will have an immediately positive impact on the company.
