Architect Equity Announces the Closing of its Inaugural Fund, Architect Equity, LP
LOS ANGELES, October 1, 2019 – Architect Equity (“Architect”) announced today the first and final closing of Architect Equity, LP. The Fund is a uniquely structured vehicle that provides evergreen capital for Architect to aggressively pursue its investment strategy with committed capital.
Architect Equity is a private investment firm that acquires companies in a state of transition or facing operational or situational complexities. Architect is comprised of an integrated team of investors and operators that deliver rapid liquidity solutions to corporate and institutional sellers. Architect Equity was founded in 2018 by Jay Yook and Dionisio Lucchesi, who have a combined 30-year history investing in complex special situations.
